No Long-Term Contracts
After speaking with property owners and business owners in New Jersey we have found that many do not want or require the three-year contracts anymore. Which is why we offer one-year commercial lawn maintenance contracts with a 30-day cancellation policy. Of course, we do offer two-year automatic renewals which means you can lock in your monthly rate for two years, and do not have to worry about a sudden price increase but you still have the option of canceling with 30 days advance notice if you change your mind, or the needs of your business change.
Payment Plan Options
We offer several payment plan options for our commercial clients. You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, or for the entire season. If you choose to pay monthly, invoices are sent on the first of the month starting on March 1st and due by the 30th of each month. Or you can choose to pay quarterly with the first quarterly payment due on March 1st. If you choose to pay for the entire landscaping season which is a total of 9 months in advance you will receive a 10% discount off of the total price and you don’t have to worry about sending any more payments. Advance payments are due by February 28th prior to the start of the season to receive the seasonal 10% discount. Year-round contracts which include snow plowing can receive a 15% discount if the season is pre-paid prior to February 28th.
What happens after the free quote request?
After you contact us for a free quote for your commercial lawn maintenance, we will schedule a date and time to walk through the property with you. You can point out the areas that you are concerned with, and we will offer ideas and suggestions that will help keep your property looking it’s best. If you are looking to save money and lower your monthly maintenance cost let us know and we will create a plan to do just that. For example, replacing mulch with stone in some cases can lower your monthly maintenance cost and still maintain a professional look for your property. Plus, you will not have to pay for fresh mulch each season. Once the walk through is complete we will email you the official quote for you to sign and return to us. We will also provide you with our COI so that you can see we are fully insured to do the work.

Additional Services
Additional services can be requested at any time. The additional services we provide include sidewalk and step repair, mulch and stone installation, commercial planter installation or replacement, parking lot line stripping, shrub and plant installation, and shrub trimming. Detailed Contracts
We take pride in providing our clients with landscape maintenance contracts that clearly describe what is include and how much the monthly costs are. Contracts for commercial landscaping maintenance start March 1st, and end November 30th, however some contracts can be extended to December if you need additional leaf cleanup, or other services after November. Each contract automatically includes basis weekly mowing services, edging, blowing of sidewalks, seeding and weed removal as needed, spring and fall cleanup. We also make sure that all of the service areas on the property are clearly outlined so there is no confusion once the contract starts.
